At Maria.B. Designs, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your parcel to request a Return Authorization.

  Quality Inspection Check

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and has all original Maria.B. security tags and packaging attached to qualify for an exchange or credit.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original box or a secure mailing bag along with the original invoice to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Processing

  Ship the package back to our flagship warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
